I went and took a look at the space I have been keeping an eye on. It is perfect. It is seperated by two very large rooms and comes with 6-7 free shelving units, 2-3 free worktables and also a makeshift office from the previous tenant. I want to snatch this one before someone else does, so once again if any of you are interested let me know. Also here is another birdhouse I made.
